Making Orange Creamsicle Popsicles


When I was younger I was obsessed with orange and vanilla creamsicle popsicles during hot New York summers. I had no idea they were so easy to make until I did a little research and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they come together with deliciously creamy fairlife ultra-filtered milk as the star. We are huge fans of fairlife ultra-filtered milk at our home. It’s amazingly delicious. The best quality cow’s milk that’s filtered to concentrate all the good stuff with 50% more protein and 50% less sugar. It’s a milk I can feel really good about feeding my family and drinking myself.



I’ve been intro creamy popsicles lately and wanted to try my hand at making my own. Using fairlife ultra-filtered milk was a no brainer part of the recipe, it’s super creamy! Here’s the recipe for these delicious and refreshing popsicles:

Orange Creamsicle Pie Popsicles

1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup of whole fairlife ultra-filtered milk
2 T of honey

Mix together well and pour into popsicle molds

Add to the top:

2 cups of crushed graham crackers mixed with 2 T of melted butter. Divide evenly amongst the popsicle molds and press a popsicle stick inside. You might want to wait an hour into freezing to add the popsicle stick so it will balance in the middle of the mold.
