Prep time: 20 minutes

Set time: 1 hour

Yields: 9 servings

8 oz (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate

8 oz (1 cup) dark chocolate

1/2 cup dried Goji berries

1/2 cup raw almonds, slivered

1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

1/4 cup dried coconut chips

1 tablespoon raw sea salt

1. Melt the chocolates in a heatproof bowl over a simmering pan of water. Continuously stir until smooth.

2. Roll out a 12×12 inch piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Using a silicone spatula, spread out the chocolate into a 9×9 inch square. Sprinkle toppings evenly over the chocolate, and place in the refrigerator to set for one hour.

I can never resist to chocolate and wanted since long to make my own bark.

I should absolutely try it with my boy during the week-end. It looks so funny & easy, thanks Abbey & Ashley.
