This chocolate goji berry bark is the perfect dessert for a casual dinner or party. It takes only a few minutes to make, and is incredibly simple. With only six natural ingredients, this bark is packed with superfoods and contains no refined sugars—high five for berry delicious and healthy desserts!

Chocolate Goji Berry Bark
Prep time: 20 minutes
Set time: 1 hour
Yields: 9 servings
Ingredients:
8 oz (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate
8 oz (1 cup) dark chocolate
1/2 cup dried Goji berries
1/2 cup raw almonds, slivered
1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
1/4 cup dried coconut chips
1 tablespoon raw sea salt
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolates in a heatproof bowl over a simmering pan of water. Continuously stir until smooth.
2. Roll out a 12×12 inch piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Using a silicone spatula, spread out the chocolate into a 9×9 inch square. Sprinkle toppings evenly over the chocolate, and place in the refrigerator to set for one hour.
3. Cut up bark into 3 inch pieces, or break into uneven pieces. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
