Layers of brownie, gingerbread pudding, crushed peppermint chocolate and creamy whipped cream, it’s Christmas in a cup! These individual trifles allow you have fun and be creative for your next Christmas dessert.  You can even  have a trifle bar at your Christmas party, allowing guests to stack and build their own dessert as they please!

With this dessert there are no exact measurements. I used 4 wine cups from IKEA here that worked out perfectly for individual trifles. Just build and layer as you please!

1. Pour a thin layer of sprinkles into a bowl. Take each cup and dip the rim into water.  Shake off excess and dip into sprinkles.  You want to have as little amount of water as possible and add fresh sprinkles to your bowl after each dip.  If your sprinkles get too wet they will clump together.

2. In each cup sprinkle your crushed peppermint chocolate with a drizzle of caramel. Then layer your brownies, gingerbread pudding, cool whip and chocolate pudding until you reach the top and then end with cool whip and sprinkles! I was also thinking sliced bananas would be yummy in this too, I didn’t have any on hand but for my next party there will definitely be fruit!
