One of my very dear friends and former college roommate, Caroline, (and writer of the yummy blog bake shop), talks about all things baking on a podcast here. Her interview starts about 1/3rd of the way through. I have a series of well used recipe cards that are handwritten by Caroline sitting in my recipe box. Just her talking about pies makes my mouth water. If you live in San Fran, you need to listen to her list of her favorite places to eat and what to order. Being a SF native and all, she knows the inside scoop. The list is toward the end of the podcast. Also, as you can see, she is beautiful (which makes her all the better of a baker).
