Roasted chickpeas add such a great crunch, flavor and protein to any dish. So easy too!
Here are a couple tips to making them extra crispy:
Perfectly Roasted Chickpeas
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse and pat very dry a can of chickpeas, removing any skins that naturally come off.
Throw them onto a pan and toss with olive oil. Lots of it!
You can add a sprinkling of spices like paprika or cumin but not until after they come out.
Roast for 20-30 min turning every 7 minutes.
Toss with spices and salt pepper and enjoy!
