Like all those delivery services, I tend to simplify them if they get repeated. You can find the full version of the recipe here. The dressing is bonkers good and pairs so well with the flavors of the salad. I make a big batch of it and it keeps well in the fridge for a while so I can drizzle it on EVERYTHING.
Steak Salad with Sesame Peanuts and Garlic Ginger Lime Dressing
BBQ or seared steak (I like using Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade for this) and flank steak
Roasted sweet potatoes tossed with olive oil and salt/pepper
Spinach or other greens. I like having some cabbage crunch as well
Sesame peanuts (sautee peanuts in a pan until aromatic and then add a T of sugar and sesame seeds for the best crack peanuts ever)
Dressing (whisk well, or I put in a blender):
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 ounce of fresh ginger (but in a pinch you can use that tube stuff)
2 limes juiced
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 T of soy sauce
