Talking about midnight snacks today with TruMoo After Dark, a line of decadent dessert milk. Before I head to bed, I almost always hit the fridge for a little something. Are you the same?
Sometimes it’s just a couple crackers, or a piece of cheese or chocolate. Sometimes it’s apples and peanut butter or a handful of chocolate chips. What do you reach for? I asked some of you on IG and you replied with some yummy ideas like grilled cheese + prosciutto, peanut butter + chocolate chips, or a bowl of sugared cereal.
Also, I found this interesting article that shared a bunch of ideas from chefs for midnight snacks. Some ideas were waaay more involved and gourmet than I would even make for dinner, and some were totally quick and brilliant. Watch out though. If you read it at night it’ll make you hungry!

Oh gosh, I think the Double Chocolate flavour might just become my favourite midnight snack as well! It sounds so good! 🙂
