I’m salivating thinking about this coming Thursday’s feast. What dish makes your Thanksgiving? What recipe do you come back to year after year? Today, our Say Yes team is sharing each of our favorite must-have Thanksgiving recipes (and be sure to check out our team’s bios on the shiny new about page!)…
“We have a mix of cultures at my home since I’m from Barcelona and my husband is from the states. He always cooks pigs in a blanket to snack on while the turkey gets cooked. I love the flexibility to make them with puff pastry or dough as well as sprinkled with herbs, cheese or garlic. Mustard or ranch are the most common dips, but you can get creative and go for a mix of mayo, ketchup and mustard too” -Marta
“My friend Sady brought these brussels sprouts to Thanksgiving a few years ago and they’ve been on the menu ever since! They are really simple and always a hit.” -Sarah
“We always make this stuffing for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Cook’s Illustrated recipe is a winner – it tastes fantastic, fills a 9×13 pan to feed a large group and tastes even better if you’ve made it the day before Thanksgiving. After I remove the turkey to let it rest, I pop the finished stuffing in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or so to get warm. Even when we’ve spent Thanksgiving with just my little family I make the entire stuffing recipe – the leftovers are so delicious.” -Michelle
