Well Told Films and The Huddle
Kristin is passionate about making sure women in entrepreneurial and professional spaces succeed. In 2020, she launched a mentorship program for professional women in Central Vermont. She co-owns Well Told Films, a film and video production company, with her husband. She also co-founded The Vermont Production Collective, a nonprofit organization that connects professionals in the film, video, photography, sound & graphics industries in Vermont.

For the last 12 years Liz has worked in publishing and content creation at SayYes.com (@sayyesblog). But little known fact: She also has a MA in Counseling Psychology. Her desire to help and connect women has always been second nature.
Originally from a suburb of NYC, her husband and three children recently relocated from Oakland, CA to Bozeman, Montana and have been fully embracing their new outdoors-focused life there in Big Sky country.

Through her business, Home Design with Heart, she brings intention and purpose to a field that commonly cuts corners in the name of profit. The focus is on beautiful aesthetic alongside function and affordability while adding value to the community to provide families with homes to create their most cherished memories. This year, Marguerite has expanded into short-term rentals by acquiring a historic inn to provide accommodations for guests to experience the local community and she plans to include a shop that features local artisans, The Bay Avenue Manor. Marguerite also co-hosts a podcast, The Cosmic Affair, where the hosts explore the human experience through the unique lens of two minority women as they delve into personal and spiritual development.

She is also the VP of Beacon Adhesives, a world renowned adhesive manufacturer. Lisa lives in NYC with her partner, Cam, and their two kids, Quinn (2.5 yo) and Milo (9mos and a heart warrior). She has a background in marketing, advertising, and production, as well as manufacturing and is excited to share her experiences with the group. Lisa is an avid cook (but always sticks to a recipe), loves hiking and skiing, and introducing her kids to NYC.

I’m the founder of Tierra y Mano, a brand that partners with Latin American artisans to make environmentally responsible home goods and accessories. I started the brand from my home in Berkeley, CA in 2018. We are an e-commerce shop selling rugs, woven baskets, candles, ceramics, and (coming soon), shoes! Two years ago I moved to Oaxaca, Mexico so I could work more closely with the families we collaborate with here. My goal with this business is to support women in attaining financial freedom and contribute to the preservation of folk art and craft traditions.

Elle transitioned from clinical nursing upon experiencing burnout and worked for a Mass-Tort Consulting startup, scaling their medical department from one to over 30 in five years.
