Coconut Ice Cream with Tart Cherries and Dark Chocolate Chunks

Made some last night and can’t stop snacking on it throughout the day. I used this recipe but substituted tart cherries for the roasted, and added dark chocolate chunks so it was kind of a homemade coconut version of ben and jerry’s cherry garcia.
