DIY: Ruffle Pillow
Great step by step photographed tutorial seen on Kelly + Olive for creating your own ruffle pillow. Seems like this same technique could be applied to all sorts of other things like clothing embellishments, curtains, bloomers, etc. I’m excited to find a reason to try this one out.
