Do you Wear Brighter Colors in the Summer?

Not only are bright colors more fun for summer but there’s been lots of research about how wearing brighter colors can improve your mood (if you’re looking for another mood booster try the 5 minute happier workout we posted about yesterday). Do you find wearing brighter colors improves your mood? I’ll have to do some mood tracking this summer to see if it’s the case for me.

Here’s the colorful + happy outfit we came up with: 

I love the new Emmett Wide-Leg pant. Sadly, this great yellow color here is almost sold out, but there are many other colors and patterns. It has a bit of stretch so it’s really comfy.
