It’s so easy for me to get bored with my wardrobe, which is why I love little tips and tricks that help me see my clothes in a new way. Over the weekend I tied my chambray blouse up and paired it with a high-waisted maxi, it felt so much more like summer and got me excited to experiment with some of my other clothes. Here are some of my favorite knots from around the web. Now get “knotty” everyone!

Don’t know how to tie a head scarf? Click through on the link above or check out Liz’s tutorial here!
Anyone know where the top knot image is from? I would love to credit the source so let me know!

Love the knotted dress, cant wait to do it.. love your page…
Love all of them. Like you said, the temporary commitment is perfect! And there’s something sculptural about it.
But the headscarf – on me it’d look like I was getting ready to clean out the garage. There are some looks that are so lovely yet I just cannot pull off. Not that I’m losing sleep over it!
Totally love knotting things these days!
I catch myself knotting my white button up blouses!
BTW I came across your blog and I absolutely love it!! Totally following!
So glad you checked out my site… and that you liked it. YAY for new followers!
Love the knotted look! The dress photo is from NY Mag (http://nymag.com/fashion/11/07/streetnightgown/).
Thank you Brittany! I will have Liz update the link.
Ive been eyeing those turban styles. Thanks for the link on trying it for myself
I’ve never seen a knotted dress before but I think i like it!
That was my exact reaction when I found this picture! And the best part is when your not in love with it anymore you just take the knot out. No commitment, just the way I like it 😉
I’ve been knotting my button down shirts a lot lately. It’s a great way to make a fancy outfit a bit more casual and ‘Hamptons chic!’
I’ve been doing it too lately!
