Last night for cooking club the theme was healthy recipes. I was assigned an appetizer and brought these grilled zucchini wraps stuffed with herbed goat cheese, basil and spinach. A cinch to prepare, yummy and don’t they look pretty? I pulled it out of this Ellie Krieger book I got for Christmas.
