What are your Thanksgiving plans? Are you gathering with lots of family and friends or keeping it low key? Today in partnership with Zappos + Born we’re sharing three different looks for Thanksgiving, which would you pick?
Happy to partner with Zappos and Born for this style piece. I’ve always been a huge fan of Born footwear. They have a great reputation of offering the best selection of the most comfortable + durable boots. So many great styles to choose from, made from the softest leathers and using hand crafted techniques. Above all, comfortably cushioned (for any and all moves you got). You can buy them at Zappos, which brings together the best shopping experience for our family’s footwear: free + speedy shipping, 365 day return policy (yup!), and fantastic customer service. The trifecta of a great online shopping experience for our busy lives! This pair here is called Born Syd. I love the edgy vibe to them, and there are so many ways you can style them.
Today my friend Nicole here is showing how we style these versatile Born Syd boots for three different Thanksgiving looks:
Casual. Up to something low key this Thanksgiving? I’m a huge fan of 100% cotton jeans these days with a flowy peasant blouse and a warm wool cardigan. The Syd boots hit at the perfect spot with these cropped jeans (or just roll the jeans up a bit). A bit of a mix between boho vibes from the 70s, and 90s grunge.
Bold. Leopard print is all over the place these days, and haven’t you heard it’s a man repellent? HA! I love the boldness of this look and the oversized midi dress for a Thanksgiving feast with plenty of extra room. No need to shy away from that (4th?) piece of pie in this look!
Classic. A little dressed up and really comfy. These Syd boots were made for a black jean skirt. I love how they look together! Add a comfy sweater, and some bright touches like bold earrings and a bright red scarf to pull the look together.
