Henry used to love sewing cards. They’re perfect for little fingers working on dexterity and a good busy activity for keeping kids busy in the summer. I thought it would be a really easy craft to make from some recycled cardboard and shoelaces. Here’s how we did it..

Supplies: cardboard bos, ruler, pencil, hole punch, shoe laces, scissors

Step 1: Draw a simple shape on the cardboard and cut out

Step 2: Make hole punches around the edge about 1/2 inch apart

Grab some shoe laces and you’re set! String them through and knot one end
