A Glass Ornament Decorated 10 Ways: Mini Pom Pom Ornaments by Susan

This is a holiday DIY series showcasing 10 different ways to decorate a glass ornament. This week, I have five of my favorite crafty bloggers lined up to share their brilliant ideas.
Today’s tutorial is by Susan of Freshly Picked. She’s always sewing something amazing and sells adorable leather goods in her shop.

Making pom pom ornaments is super easy! All you need are the glass bulbs, yarn, and pom pom maker.

You could make them with your hand as well, but I prefer to use these handy little gadgets because they make perfect pom poms every time.

Make your pom poms, leave a long yarn tail.

Stuff your pom pom in the glass bulb.

Glue the yarn to the top of the bulb.

Replace the top. And enjoy!

Hello. I also love the idea. Am wondering how you get the pompom into the glass ball. I just made a pompom and there is no way it will slip through the small neck. Thank you!

Aren't pom poms the cutest thing EVER?! They make me happy. Thanks for sharing.

I think this one is my favorite so far =)- Sarahhttp://agirlintransit.blogspot.com

This one may be my favorite! Probably because of the copious amount if yarn I have around my house. Now all I need is a pom pom maker. Rebecca (hearts)…
