Weekend Roundup

I haven’t done a weekend roundup for a couple months. Yikes. Apologies.

Here are some pretty things seen round about this week:

-A First Anniversary party in an orchard. Every detail is so perfect. I really need to make friends with the owners of this orchard just north of here.
-A lovely rainbow block set. Beautiful wooden toys are my favorite.
-Being a New Yorker, I’ve always had a soft place in my heart-er-stomach for black and white cookies, but have never made them. Would love to try this recipe.
-A very cool diy wall calender made from paint chips. Beautiful and brilliant.
-Fell in love with these portrait paintings and had to buy one. Aren’t they wonderful?
-Made is hosting a whole month of tutorials for boys clothing. It’s about time someone did this, I can’t wait to see what they come up with!
-This cardigan is the perfect combination of two of my current obsessions: ruffles and stripes.
-Do you have any fun weekend plans? I wish I was having a cheese party like this one pictured above by Sunday Suppers? Cheese, pears and a little chocolate. Sounds like a perfect and simple party, don’t you think? I’d love to get one of those delicate cheese dome pedestals. There’s a great one here for only $25. {Seen via Armas Design}
