There have been quite a few attempts at making flower collars (like here on Mighty Girl and here on Orange Beautiful); and they’re so beautiful. This one is the best tutorial for it on Katie Did I’ve seen (found via Craftzine).
I think I can do it and I definitely want to give it a shot.
