Yum. Made this chinese chicken salad last night seen on stephmodo and I couldn’t gobble it down quick enough. The dressing is really super delicious and it’s gonna be great leftover. Cooking for one isn’t so bad so far!

I made this tonight. It was SSSOOOOO good. Steve didn’t appreciate it as much (chick food) but still liked it.Yes on the avocado. I think you could easily substitute the asparagus for snap peas to make it more “Chinese”.Thanks!
the avocado..yeah maybe i’d leave it out next time. although, it’s hard not to like avocado on anything
