I saw this perfect polka dot birthday cake last week and was happy to see instructions here on Inchmark for creating your own. With a cake like that, it’s no wonder her polka party turned out so cute.

I’ve done a polka dot cake before, but used necco wafers. They are nasty to eat (at least to me), but super easy to decorate with!
