Fettucine Chicken and Feta Cheese

This is a family recipe and it is super yummy.

Fettucine Chicken with Feta Cheese

2 lbs. chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
fettucine pasta
dry basil
fresh basil
1/4 lb. feta cheese
28 oz can of diced tomatoes

Cut up 2 lbs. of chicken into small cubes. Sprinkle chicken with lots of dry basil and set aside.
Cut up 2 cloves of garlic and combine in a large frying pan with 1/4 cup olive oil.
After oil has been heated add chicken and cook for 4 minutes. Add more fresh basil and tomatoes. Cook another 5 minutes or so until chicken is cooked through. Crumble feta cheese over mixture and mix together. Feta will start to melt into the sauce.
Serve over fettucine pasta.
