I have a little bit of an obsessive personality. When I find something I like I tend to spend most of my energy on it. The past couple days have been like that for me with illustrator.

I learned to use the pen tool tonight. The first owl picture is what I started with and the green image below it is what I created (with a little of jared’s advisement).

Maybe this isn’t interesting to anyone else, but I was just talking to jordan about how we feel it’s kind of liberating. I could never have drawn this image on paper, but I still feel like I drew it on illustrator, connected all the dots, and and genuinely call it my own design.
