Right now I have Ina Garten’s mexican chicken tortilla soup simmering on the stove. It’s one of my new favorite soups. Make sure to add lots and lots of toppings. Really you could put anything under those chips, cheese, avocado, sour cream and it would taste awesome. Super yummy. Recipe here.

I could eat soup every day. And I love anything Ina makes. Have you tried her Cream of Fresh Tomato Soup? If not, it is heaven!!
