Holiday Craft: Peppermint Fudge

Did you know there are more melted marshmallows in fudge than anything other ingredient including chocolate? I had no idea. For our party, I used this martha stewart recipe for simple fudge, omitting the nuts, adding 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract and crushed candy canes on top.
