Monique Shields, Founder of Seven Pines Leadership, is an executive coach committed to helping high-achieving, mid-career womxn in leadership overcome imposter syndrome and burnout to make career successful leaps or pivots on their own terms. She has a particular commitment to BIPOC moms and all womxn of color and has created a coaching program specifically designed to help high-achieving moms of color continue to build impressive careers without the self-sacrifice. Jill Dempsey, Entrepreneur, Executive and Investor

Jill Dempsey is an executive, entrepreneur & impact investor. She has served in leadership roles as CEO,CFO, COO, venture capitalist, and board member for over 18 years. She has executed over $100 million in multinational company investments, growth, and exits in sectors including events, consumer products, hospitality, fintech, and health & wellness.
Jill’s mission is to build and support ventures of sustainable socioeconomic impact. This is her 7th time coming as a Huddle mentor!

Priscilla Vega, Public Relations Strategist

Priscilla Vega is the founder of PR Vega, a creative approach to what is commonly known as a PR agency. Priscilla works closely with her roster of female creatives and entrepreneurs to create a strategic communications plan that feels authentic to each client’s mission and values. Her past client list includes NASA, Solly Baby, Rachel Pally, Winter Water Factory, and DocAtot.

Abby Combs, Digital Marketing Specialist

Abby is the owner of E-Studios. A Marketing Firm that manages the marketing efforts of small businesses to help them be seen, stay top of mind with customers, and feel relief from the overwhelm that marketing can bring. They tell you what would be most beneficial to your business and then go forward and execute it with strategy, design, and extreme attention to detail. They offer services like email marketing, social media management, Shopify website builds and maintenance, and 1:1 consulting.

Rachel Dorsey, Business Growth Strategist

Fewer than 2% of female owned businesses break $1M in annual revenue, let alone $1m in profit, Rachel Dorsey has done both. For more than seven years, she has advised hundreds of women at every stage, across industries to move through roadblocks with intention, strategy and support. At the intersection of marketing, branding and leadership development, she supports founders and businesses as they start and scale.

Ariana Wolf, Creative Strategist and Business Coach

Ariana Wolf is a creative leader skilled in strategic planning, business development, and honest storytelling. Passionate about economic equity and access, she uses her skills as a coach and facilitator to support values-driven business growth and sustainable project development. Her super power? Translating big ideas into clear brand stories and a strategic path forward. Ariana currently works as the managing partner at her boutique brand and graphic design studio, Flight Design Co.

Liz Stanley, The Huddle Director and Founder

For the last 12 years Liz has worked in publishing and content creation at SayYes.com (@sayyesblog). But little known fact: She also has a MA in Counseling Psychology. Her desire to help and connect women has always been second nature.

Originally from a suburb of NYC, her husband and three children recently relocated from Oakland, CA to Bozeman, Montana where you can now find her cross country skiing, hiking, and hygge-ing on the regular.

Kristin Cantu, The Huddle Community Manager and Facilitator

Kristin is passionate about making sure women in entrepreneurial and professional spaces succeed. In 2020, she launched a mentorship program for professional women in Central Vermont. She co-owns Well Told Films, a film and video production company, with her husband. She also co-founded The Vermont Production Collective, a nonprofit organization that connects professionals in the film, video, photography, sound & graphics industries in Vermont.

The Huddle Executive Summit

May 16th 2023
Location: Sundance, UT

This day-long event before the Alumni Retreat begins includes: Executive coaching, networking and connection, ask/give opportunities to solve problems together, roundtable discussions on topics of interest determined by the group of female executives, and a catered lunch.
This summit is open to Huddle Alumni who roughly meet the following Executive profile:

1. Entrepreneur and C-suite executive whose company brings in more than $5 million in gross annual revenue

and/or

2. Entrepreneur and C-suite executive that runs a company with a team of over 10 full time employees

and/or

3. Serial entrepreneur starting a new company whose previous companies fit the profile of #1 and/or #2 above
Cost is $350 if also attending the Alumni Retreat.
