I believe that family road trips will be more fun if you can tag along your baby pooch or fur baby!

A doodle board is a must for my little one when driving. We got a new trip coming this summer so I needed some fresh ideas. Thank you!

My kids are a bit older now – 13 & 14, so here are my tips for traveling with them:
1) everyone gets their own pillow/blanket
2) flip flops/slides – easy to put on and easy to take off (for bathroom stops)
3) snack bag – a fun snack/candy they don’t normally have. We have special treats we only get when we are on a road trip.
4) audio book – one year we listened to the Hunger Games and they were obsessed with it, then when we returned home, we had a movie night watching the book we read. (or a fun podcast)
5) Trivia questions
My kids love road trips. Have fun!
