Last summer my sister and I were flying across the country and then driving several hours with 6 little kids between the two of us, and we really needed to find a playground to let the kids run around a bit…
What do you do in that situation? I’m used to looking up parks on google, and then scrolling through pictures to see if there’s a playground there. Or, often just driving up to one, and hoping to find a playground somewhere at the park! A lot of times being very disappointed to see only a big field and no play structure.
My sister had the most brilliant app on her phone: a playground finder called Playground Buddy. It has a worldwide directory of playgrounds based on your location in an easy to read map.
So easy! We use it all the time now especially when road tripping. Have you tried it? Any favorite, practical apps you use on a regular basis?

Love this – just downloaded the app and it’s brilliant. Thanks for the tip
We need an app like this in Hong Kong! Sounds wonderful! ❤️
