Just when I thought these .79 cent IKEA TEKLA dish towels couldn’t get better, I’m taking some cues from Martha Stewart and inspired to dye them into pretty spring colored napkins this year.
Spring Napkin Tip
I’ve never used iDye but I’m super curious about the pellets. You throw them in with the towels you’re dyeing in the washer, and then dry them normally. “The whole process is as easy as running a load of laundry.”
It’s making me fall in love with this versatile dish towel all over again. There are so many ways people are getting crafty with them: toy bags, pillows, curtains, lunch bags (current favorite- pictured here), etc. Inspired to pick more up on my next IKEA run. Are they a staple in your home too?
