A Glass Ornament Decorated 10 Ways: Glued and Painted

This is a holiday DIY series showcasing 10 different ways to decorate a glass ornament. I’ll be featuring one tutorial every day this week and then the real treat is I have five of my favorite crafty bloggers lined up to share their ideas each day next week.

Today we’re decorating a glass ornament with glue and paint.

You might want to practice the word, letter, or number you want to write on the ornament onto cardboard first to get comfortable writing with the hot glue gun.

Then with a hot glue gun (and a steady hand) write your word, letter, or number on the front of your glass ornament. Let dry completely.

Spray paint with any color of your choosing. I used white and then added a quick spray of gold from a few feet back as a finish at the end.
