Hey guys! I have an new series I’m really excited to start with this new year. One of my new years resolutions was to develop a better beauty routine (I’ve been stuck in the same mascara/ponytail nonsense since age 15 with the exception of the sock bun of course!). So I asked the expert advice of the fantastic hair and makeup stylist, Christie Somers (see her full bio on my about page here). Not only has Christie worked with superstar clients as Rachel Ray and Naomi Watts, but most recently, she spent four months on the presidential campaign trail as the personal colorist, hair stylist, make-up artist, and wardrobe stylist for Mrs. Ann Romney (so yeah, she’s pretty legit guys).

She’s teaming up with photographer, Alisia Packard, a fantastic photographer in Salt Lake City who shoots everything from weddings and family, to advertising agencies and magazines (see her full bio here as well on my about page). I’m so excited about this dream team combination!

Christie will feature a different beauty tip  using one or more of these favorite products every month.
