Last month I had the chance to travel up to Portland with Kettle Brand Potato Chips and get a tour of their amazing new headquarters and factory. We learned all about how the chips were made and how flavors are developed. It was fascinating! One night we had a beautiful dinner where a chef cleverly incorporated the kettle chips into different dishes. Everything was delicious. One thing that really stood out though was the dessert! So we’re attempting to recreate a holiday version of it today…
Step 1: Take a bag of Sea Salt and Vinegar Kettle Chips and crush them into a bowl.
Step 2: Scoop some ice cream into cups. We used something with a pretty red pop like a raspberry cream.
Step 3: Top with a drizzle of hot fudge and a sprinkle of the kettle potato chips! Yum! Add a spring of mint for a garnish.
The salty sweet combination of the ice cream with the crunchy potato chips is quite tasty! It reminds me of dipping fries in a milkshake. Try it, I bet you’ll love it as well!

This is truly awesome! I’m all for dipping french fries in a milkshake! I must try this with my kids today.
Thank you so much for this great idea!
I love that Jimmy Fallon is on The Tonight Show, but I miss his Late Night Ben & Jerry’s flavor. Late Night Snack had chocolate covered potato chip clusters. YUM. I wish Ben & Jerry’s would rename and re-release it.
