Supplies: Chalkboard pen (got ours from Amazon. Best crafting tool ever!), small black balloons (we ordered ours here from the Oh Happy Day Party Shop)

It’s simple, just blow up the balloons and use your chalkboard pen to write BOO! or Happy Halloween, or Trick or Treat, or whatever message you’d like for your get together.

Then string them up with twine and grab some spider web for a simple, easy backdrop to your party.
