Easy Chip Holiday Appetizers

We had a Say Yes team holiday party this weekend and so I’ve been on the lookout for easy appetizers that are great for adults and kids alike. Kettle Brand Chips (the best potato chips in my personal opinion) contacted me about using their chips in a holiday recipe which I thought would be a really fun challenge. I thought mini apps, almost like tostadas, would be fun to create with the crunch of the potato chip on the bottom. With all the flavor options we had fun coming up with 3 different combinations for our chip appetizers.

Smoked Salmon, whipped cream cheese, dill and chives on Kettle Brand Sea Salt Potato Chips. I think these might be my favorite.  I love the punch of color from the salmon and it was probably the easiest one to put together. Smoked salmon is easy to find at your grocery store, usually in the deli department.

Shredded beef, sour cream, salsa, cilantro on Kettle Brand New York Cheddar Potato Chips. A little Mexican variety for this one, playing up the mini tostada twist. Would be a hit with the kids too.

Homemade aioli, crab meat, avocado, parsley on Kettle Brand Jalapeno Jack Potato Chips. Kind of like a crunchy California sushi roll! This one was delicious too and the crab meat is easy to find in the canned section at your local store, or if you’re feeling fancy use fresh crab! For a homemade aioli sauce mix mayo with a little bit of hot sauce and a squeeze of lime.
