Reading this sweet blog entry about Katy Elliot making whoopie pies with her grandma made me want to try my hand at them (also makes me miss my East Coast home a whole lot). Anyone have a good whoopie pie recipe they’d like to share? Haven’t you heard they’re the new bacon cupcakes?
