Hoboken Italian Festival

Saturday night Jared and I went to the Hoboken Italian Festival at Frank Sinatra Park on the Hudson river. Every September for four days they have this festival which includes fireworks, a parade, carnival booths, some italian cermoney, a jumping castle, climbing wall, live music (mostly cover bands) right on this stage on the Hudson, and of course lots of good Italian food and trinkets. Unfortunately we missed the cannoli eating contest and grape stomping contest but we did get a delicious crepe at the crepe booth. I was a bit confused about how it and ‘fried oreos’ ended up at the Italian festival, but it was good enough I didn’t ask questions and just scarfed it down. In October there is an art festival which I’m really excited about as well. I love Hoboken this time of year.
