I got a small group of ladies that love to cook together and started a little cooking club. It’s really just a fancy potluck with a theme and assigned courses. We just had our first one last night. Autumn themed. Mmmm. It was so fun and everything was really delicious. Here was our menu:
Drinks:
Navarro Poseur Wine (super fancy and delicious non-alcoholic grape juice made at a winery, since none of us drink)
Appetizers:
Butternut squash spread on asiago croutons (scroll down thread to find recipe)
Potato pancakes topped with homemade apple sauce
Cranberry feta pinwheels (scroll down thread to find recipe)
Main:
Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Bacon and Herbs (this is what I made)
Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Dessert:
Ina Garten’s Brownie Pudding (I’m still salivating over this and trying to construct an excuse to make it in the near future)
