• Fresh Berry and Mint Ice Cubes

Recently, I’ve been converted to sparkly water. Not the flavored kind, just pure sparkling water. It’s my favorite drink: refreshing and special that feels well deserved at the end of a the day. Today we’re partnering with Crystal Geyser Sparkling to make this everyday refreshing drink even more special, by making our own berry, mint, and edible flower ice cubes to drink with it.

A refreshing, beautiful, healthy drink that’s so easy to make and perfect to entertain with. So you can sit back and soak in those last memories of summer with your favorite people. Here’s how to make them…

I’m loving these new Crystal Geyser Sparkling  glass bottles- aren’t they pretty? I’ve always seen them in plastic bottles, but these are definitely company worthy!

Here’s how to make these fancy berry, mint, and edible flower ice cubes:

Step 1: Fill an ice cube tray with berries, mint, and edible flowers. Less is more we found, just add one or two pieces in each. Try to pick berries that aren’t too delicate. For example, the raspberry ice cubes didn’t turn out as clean because they’re more delicate it’s hard to not get some raspberry juice in there.

Step 2: Here’s the trick to get clearer ice cubes. Use distilled water and boil it. Twice. Boil it once, let it cool for 30 minutes, and then bring it to boil again. Let it cool once more and pour over your berries in the ice cube tray.

Step 3: Freeze and pop out to serve!

So simple, but so pretty! I love the result.

There are a few ways I love these little beauties: Either filled in a glass and topped with Crystal Geyser Sparkling  for a refreshing fresh drink.

Or you can serve the bottles themselves right in a tub of berry ice.

Or, this one might be my personal favorite for a summer gathering: fill a pitcher with the colorful ice cubes and pour the whole bottle of Crystal Geyser in. Let the ice cubes melt a bit with small chunks of crunchy berries and mint in each sip. Each way feels special and makes those evenings on the porch even more memorable.

Which way would you drink it? Three cheers to more delicious life moments!
