For Memorial Day we always have a BBQ with friends, and while we wait for the food to grill we always snack on appetizers, which is usually my favorite part of the meal! These BLT bites are a fun twist on the classic sandwich and are really simple to make.
Bacon (thicker sliced is easier to work with)
Ranch dressing (I like the one from Trader Joes)
Blue or feta cheese crumbles
Avocado would be a great addition as well
1. Cook bacon, use thicker cut slices and don’t cook too crispy. This will make it easier to assemble when putting it on the skewer.
2. Cut iceberg lettuce into cubes and set aside.
3. Assemble BLT and garnish with desired toppings.
