Hi guys! I’m excited to bring you a week full of projects and ideas all inspired by the nostalgic memories of summer camp! Campfires, summer games, classic crafts and outdoor games. Whether you have your own childhood memories from summer camps or feel inspired by classic films like Wet, Hot American Summer and The Parent Trap, these projects are all quintessential summer fun.
First up, these pretty friendship necklaces made from seed beads. Henry and I have been working on these all summer! They’re a great project to do with kids (I’d say ages 5 and up) and the result is pretty enough to wear on your own as well.
Keep reading to see how to make them…
There are so many different kinds of designs you can make, I find myself making new versions of these necklaces all the time to keep my fidgety hands busy. It brought back so many memories too. Did you make these seed necklaces growing up? Or maybe the string variety?
PS Aren’t these wool bowls gorgeous? From one of my favorite etsy shops, The Yarn Kitchen
