    fourth of july sandwiches

I’m happy to be kicking off the week with this 4th of July treat today! These ice cream sandwiches are super simple to make and add just enough red, white & blue festivity to your party. And I’m sure any child would love to help make these too!

All you’ll need to make these are:
    • mini ice cream sandwiches
    • red, white & blue sprinkles
    • popsicle sticks
    4th of july popsicles
The directions are quite self-explanatory, but if you aren’t serving these right away a helpful tip is to layout a piece of wax/parchment paper on a cookie sheet, unwrap each ice cream sandwich, and put the popsicle sticks in each one half way.
Then stick the pan in the freezer to allow them to refreeze and harden before putting sprinkles on them.

Press all 3 sides into sprinkles and enjoy!
