Raspberry Brie Panini

Oh boy. This recipe may be the final straw. I think I may break down and finally buy a panini maker. Do you have one? Do you use it a lot?

Whoa! A lot of people have followed the link to my blog from this photo.

I may have to break down and buy a panini maker too – this sounds AMAZING!

another vote for a George Foreman grill. We use it often to make them (just push down to flatten the sandwich).

Oh MY that looks delicious! I've really wanted one for a while.

That looks TDF!!!xxxhttp://gypsy-diaries.blogspot.com/

I don't actually have a panini press. I kinda like frying my sandwiches like you would a grilled cheese, or toasting them in the toaster oven.

I use my panini maker to do everything…grill hotdogs or pork chops–a quick hamburger. love it!

Ho guys, thanks so much for your comments on my panini and Elle, this one was made on a Cuisinart Griddler too. This is not a compensated endorsement, just my honest experience. I love that appliance, it is so easy to clean because the cast iron plates just pop out and into the dishwasher. I use it for steaks, chops, grilled veggies, pancakes and paninis so it is a versatile appliance that gets good use in my kitchen. Drop by and see a few more paninis among 500+ recipes with photos on my blog at http://www.rockrecipes.caThanks, Barry.

i just use my george forman and weigh it down with a heavy cook book on top. works the same just about.

yes, i think we really might need one now. also.. can't stop thinking about NUTELLA and raspberries in this thing. is that wierd?

amazing. i have a flat full of fresh picked raspberries. now i only wish i could eat wheat!

Used a George Foreman for years and finally decided to splurge and get a decent panini maker: we got the Breville from Williams-Sonoma. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. You can control the temperature and width of the sandwich.I have some killer sandwich combos, maybe we should have a panini party?

I have a panini press but mostly I use a foil wrapped (clean) brick when making grilled sandwiches. That sandwich looks seriously delicious!

This recipe looks seriously, dangerously good. Wow. Something to dig out that G. Foreman for…now where is it?

just like any grill- i hate cleaning it, but other than that i LOVE mine! don't use it as often as i crave paninis, but whenever i bust it out… YUM!!!!!

i just have a cheap one from Target or some place, but it works great and i use it all the time! maybe more so after seeing this recipe.

Yep we use our foreman grill too…I hate buying kitchen appliances that have but one use. And those look amazing. Brie and raspberries….one of my favorite combos.

I keep trying to convince my husband that we need one, but so far it's a no go. 🙂

I too use my Foreman grill. In fact it's the only thing I use it for. And now I rarely use it. (I wonder where it is, I must not have used it since I moved a year ago.)These days If I am in the mood for a grilled sandwhich, I just do it in a pan. But grill marks are nice and toasty/crunchy…ok, I gotta dig out the Forman and make a panini for lunch. Yum.But I can't imagine stylish Liz having a Foreman grill. :-D(sorry for my stream of consciousness comment, lol)

I'm just use two skillets, one for cooking, one for weighing down the sandwich. I think this would be even better with some spicy arugula. Thanks for the inspiration!

I got a little foreman grill that does the trick. Doesn't take up as much space and a lot cheaper.

I have the Cuisinart griddler, its one of the best christmas gifts I've ever received, let me tell you! I use it for paninis, (and if its too hot to grill,) and it came with griddle plates too, so I always use it for pancakes.

I use my George Foreman grill and it works great! Plus you can grill all sorts of things on it – burgers, vegetables, chicken, anything!

you can buy a panini maker?????? i think i just died & went to heaven though some how i doubt they sell them at the bx. Now i must hunt one down so i can enjoy the delicious delights that is a panini on a daily basis!

I always want one too, but can never seem to break down and buy yet another kitchen appliance. My sister makes them all the time with their Foreman grill. So, two votes for that I guess! Also, I have been thinking about your memory game tutorial for days and am so excited to do it! Love love it! -anne

I have a panini press and use it pretty often. love the grill marks and how toasty it gets. mmm, want one now.

I don't have one but whenever I see recipes like this, I swear I'm getting one. I say you buy one and do a weekly recipe to justify all of us buying them. Tax write-off?
