• Chocolate Pudding Cups

I can’t stop thinking about these pudding cups. The outside shell is made with dipped balloons (straight out of Little Chocolatiers). Doesn’t that look like a fun activity? A few months ago I tried a healthy version of a chocolate mousse made from tofu at one of our cooking clubs. And you’d never know. I kid you not. It was delicious.

I just did these last weekend for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. They were a big hit. The kids loved they could eat the bowls. But it took me three practice runs to get them right. Use the candy coating. Regular chocolate doesn't set as well.
